There's scripts out there that will allow players to punch each other without taking excessive damage. That way, you can roleplay a boxing event accurately.
There's two police and one ambulance vehicle spawners in the parking lot. You'll have to replace the default GTA vehicles with yours so it spawns the correct models in those spots.
